MC289676 – Updated October 25, 2021: Microsoft has updated the content below with additional details. Thank you for your feedback.
The new Feedback portal for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Edge will become available in Preview by the end of the year. The Feedback portal will allow customers to provide feedback to Microsoft and participate in the feedback community. Other products, like Windows, will be added next year.
Going to the Feedback portal, users will be able to post new feedback as well as upvote or comment on feedback others have given and see previous feedback they submitted to Microsoft in their My Feedback section, where they can view responses from Microsoft and receive status updates on their feedback. Feedback is powered by Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Users will continue to be able to provide feedback within Microsoft 365 apps, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Edge.
When this will happen
By end of the year, the Feedback portal will be available in Preview for Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Edge. At launch the portal will be available in all markets in the English language only. More languages and other products will be added in future.
Note: Microsoft will update this message with additional details as they move forward.
How this will affect your organization
If you have policies set to allow optional connected services, users will be able to visit the feedback portal to participate in community feedback when linked from within products.
What you need to do to prepare
Once available, ensure your end-users are familiar with the new option to provide their feedback about Microsoft 365 apps and services directly to Microsoft.
To allow your users to provide suggestions and ideas about Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Edge please send them to the new Feedback portal, once available. Your users may continue to provide private feedback and problem reports from within Microsoft 365 apps and Microsoft Edge as well.
