My Apps ends support for Internet Explorer

MC223753 – Updated November 06, 2020: Thank you for your feedback. To ensure appropriate time for customers to prepare we are moving out the date for this retirement. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

In order to provide the best experience for our customers, we will be focusing our efforts on modern browser support over the coming year. As a result, we will end support of Internet Explorer for My Apps, My Account, My Access, and My Groups beginning August 17, 2021. Instead we recommend the utilization of Edge, Chrome, or Firefox which is where we will continue to invest.

You are receiving this message because our reporting indicates your organization may be using Internet Explorer to access My Apps, My Account, My Access, and My Groups.

Users will no longer be able to use Internet Explorer to access My Apps, My Account, My Access, and My Groups, when this change is implemented.

What you need to do to prepare:

Instead of using Internet Explorer, we recommend using Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
