M365 Changelog: Microsoft Lists: new Integrate drop-down menu, powered by SharePoint

MC245847  – Updated April 16, 2021: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

As part of updating the command bar at the top of Microsoft Lists, Microsoft is introducing a new top-level menu item: Integrate. This is the home for features that help extend list experiences.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 64869

When this will happen

  • Targeted Release (organization) rollout begins late March; Standard Release rollout should be complete at the end of April (previously mid-April).

How this will affect your organization

The existing command buttons for Power Apps and Power Automate will move into Integrate.

Once the new experience is available, the Power Apps menu option will disappear. End users will need to navigate to the Integrate menu option to access both Power Apps and Power Automate.

What you need to do to prepare

You will need to update any end-user documentation you might have on creating apps or flows from a list in SharePoint to reflect the new ‘Integrate’ drop-down experience.
