MC241349 – With this update, end users can choose up to 25 colored labels per task in Planner and Tasks in Teams.

Rollout is set to begin in late February and should be complete by early March.

More labels allows for greater flexibility when organizing tasks. Use labels to flag risks, signal delays, help fine tune task prioritization, clarify accountabilities, or categorize tasks around a theme spanning multiple buckets.
